Eating Disorder recovery is hard.

I recently relapsed and have been in the throes of early recovery ever since.

Tonight I faced two fear foods and the guilt is killing my brain.

I know my body wanted the food. That’s why I gave in.

But the anorexic voice still makes me feel guilty about it.

This shit is hard.

I’ve been here 3 times now.

This has to be my last.
